Hmm.
Whilst I go and find my first aid kit, here's a small interview I had with my OC last night. I've put it here for your enjoyment:

Kiken: I am fine. Although, I would prefer it if you had told Gaara-sama that I was coming here with you today. Other than that, I have been instructing students at the Hidden Sand's Ninja Academy.
A: That must be a rewarding job.
K: It is *laughs*. I enjoy teaching them.
A: *shuffles through papers* We've had some deviants post questions on my Journal for you -
K: Oh, lord...
A: - and some are really good. So, I've picked out my choice and you have to answer them.
K: Do I... do I have to?
A: Yes, because I made you up. Ok, first question *clears throat*: How long have you known your sensei for?
K: Oh, that's... *pauses* hmm... I first encountered Gaara-sama when I was in my three thousandth, five hundredth and twenty-third year. So I have had the pleasure of his company for six years.
A: I didn't think I made you to be that ancient!
K: ... You are suggesting that I am old and ugly?
A: N-no, you conceal your age well - *sighs* Shut up and stop twisting my words. What's your favourite pastime?
K: Practising my writing and calligraphy.
A: Ok, next question: what kind of music do you listen to?
K: Mmm... pretty much anything that I enjoy the sound of. My favourite song is from Utada, it is a song called Sanctuary. I sing to it with Temari-chan all the time *laughs*.
A: That's justified. It's from a really good video game.
K: A what now?
A: Uh, moving on... *clears throat* Ok. What's your favourite colour?
K: Green.
A: Why's that?
K: Um... no particular reason.
A: Right... *coughs* Excuse me. Alright, next question: if you could have one wish, what would it be for?
K: May I give it to someone else?
A: Uh... yeah, sure.
K: Then I would give it to the person I admire most. Therefore my wish is redundant and is not necessary for me to say *neatens kimono*
A: ... Ok, successful avoidance of my question *sigh, flicks through pages* Ah! Here's one. If you could be in a relationship with anyone in the Naruto universe, who would it be? *aside* We already know the answer, I just want to see her squirm... >DDDD
K: I - *blush* ... what kind of question is that? What relevance does it have to with anything?
A: Just answer it.
K: I refuse to! I cannot allow such prying into my private life!
A: Kiken, you're my character. You don't do ANYTHING without me knowing.
K: You - *crosses arms* No. This is ridiculous. I will not answer this.
A: Do it, or else I'll start writing Gaara's death scene!
K: You would not dare.
A: *fingers poised over keyboard*
K: ...
A: *types Gaara's name*
K: NO! *tries to take laptop*
A: And you've just answered the question.
K: ... but -
A: Alright, last question. What would you do if I told you that particular person had overheard every word that we've both said in the duration of this interview?
K: WHAT!?
A: *yells* Hey, Gaara! Kiken's got a crush on you!
K: *faints*
A: ...

Well, I didn't end up finding the first aid kit, but it's all good now. I feel normal (normal for me is weird for you, btw) again. And you know why?
